When you touch the earth..

Can you feel their pulse through the veins?

Can you hear the stories from their travels?

Can you hold space for beings to rest?

Can you surrender to their medicinal aspects?

Can you acknowledge their fragility and importance?

Can you recognize their instinctual patterns?

And see through their skin to the inner workings of life?

Can you find respect for the life they once lived?

Can you appreciate them for their growth?

And trust their process of transformation?

Can you laugh at the relatability?

And find gratitude for what they provide?

Can you teach the younger generation to be gentle with our neighbors?

Do you feel humbled to stand in their presence?

And can you feel how we’re all connected?
